F | 转单是骑手经常遇到的情况，但转之前的时间也会计入配送时长，往往导致接转单的骑手不得不抢时间。为此，新机制适度增加转单情况下骑手配送考核时长，以保障骑手不会因此违规或受罚。

G | 同时，平台还将科学设置商家列表首页显示的配送参考送达时长，避免“分钟级竞速”。因商家出餐慢导致的超时订单，不影响骑手服务分。此外，平台将开展“智慧骑手”行动，探索开发骑手AI智能体助手，为骑手优惠提供智能设备。加大技术力量投入，强化交通违法行为监测，引导骑手安全行驶并按规定停放车辆。对外经济贸易大学教授张毅指出，平台算法的核心在于平衡效率与公平、兼顾安全与速度。适度增加骑手配送考核时长、“红灯停表”等举措，既是对骑手劳动权益的实质性保障，更是通过算法向善推动行业从“速度竞赛”转向“质量竞争”的生动实践。
